Day 1: Depart Nairobi at 9.00 am for Masai Mara stopping at the view point for pictures then proceed to narok stopping over for lunch at around 1pm. From Narok drive to Masai Mara having an evening game drive of 1 ½ hours game drive before dinner and overnight. Day 2: Full day 0800hrs. 1700hrs with lunch. Diner and overnight at the camp/hotel. Day 3: Extra day in Masai Mara 0630hrs-0930hrs: Game drive in the Mara with an optional nature walk or a visit to a nearby Maasai village in between the meal breaks. 1600hrs-1830hrs: Dinner and overnight at the camp/hotel. Day 4: Maasai Mara/Nakuru 0630hrs-0930hrs: Pre breakfast, leave for Nakuru National Park, game drive and picnic lunch enroute, arriving in Nakuru late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge. Day 5: Nakuru/Samburu 0730hrs: Once in Nakuru proceed to Nakuru National Park for pre breakfast game drive known for its huge concentration of flamingoes. The park is rich in other bird life and a number of wild animals. After breakfast leave for Samburu. Lunch enroute arriving late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge. Day 6: Samburu 0630hrs: After breakfast, depart for an early morning drive. Return to the camp/lodge for lunch. 1600 hrs another game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge. Day 7: Samburu/Mt. Kenya/Nairobi 0800hrs: After breakfast, leave Samburu for Nanyuki at the base of Mt. Kenya for picnic lunch. Drop off clients who want to stay behind to climb Mt. Kenya. After lunch, leave Nairobi. |
